We recently had a romantic getaway at a hotel located near Santo Domingo church. The complimentary drinks and breakfast were a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings. The peaceful ambiance was impressive.
Our stay was not as pleasant as we expected. The room was not properly cleaned and there were several stains on the sheets.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Oaxaca, near the Santo Domingo church and within walking distance to almost everything you would need in Oaxaca Centro. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful courtyard where we enjoyed the delicious and well-presented breakfast every morning. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with our room always immaculate and towels shaped like swans on our bed. Couldn't find any faults at all.

I had the most wonderful stay at a boutique hotel in the heart of Oaxaca. The room, "Siena", was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. Despite being on street level, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, served in the central atrium with a flowing fountain. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions in the old town. On the day we left, the hotel arranged an early morning taxi for us and even provided us with freshly made coffee and picnic packs for breakfast. I had a truly amazing experience at Palacio Borghese.
